Rejuvenight, the natural sleep aid

Each Rejuvenight capsule contains a combination of five different plant extracts and other valuable ingredients for relaxed sleep and more energy in everyday life.

In order to stay physically and mentally fit, the body and mind need sufficient rest periods. Our heart and circulation need restful sleep to replenish our energy reserves, the immune system works particularly intensively during sleep and damaged cells can be repaired. While we sleep, the brain organizes and stores what has been learned during the day by creating new connections between the nerve cells.

Rejuvenight provides you with a well thought-out complex of helpful ingredients (herbal, organic and mineral) that can help you achieve a healthy, restful sleep.

Daily recommendation: Take 2 capsules with sufficient liquid 30–60 minutes before going to bed.

Baikal skullcap extract (baicalin)

Baikal skullcap extract with 85% baicalin

The Baikal skullcap (Scutellaria baicalensis), a purple blooming plant, is one of the most widely collected medicinal plants in Asia. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) uses an aqueous extract from the roots of the Baikal skullcap for infectious diseases, rheumatism, arrhythmias, high blood pressure and pneumonia.

Rhodiola extract (with 3% rosavin)

Rose root (Rhodiola rosea) is an herbaceous, yellow-flowering plant from the thick-leaf family that is native to the mountainous regions of Eurasia and North America. The root of the rose root (Rhodiola rosea) exudes a characteristic rose-like odor (hence the name) and contains more than 140 active ingredients, of which rosavin and salidroside are the most important.

Rose root (Rhodiola rosea) has long been used as a medicinal plant in Eastern European and Scandinavian countries - both as a tea and in the form of dry extracts. In Siberia, the root extract of rose root (Rhodiola rosea) is used to increase memory, concentration and absorption. But also in other countries folk medicine often uses rose root preparations to increase performance and reduce stress. We are also using rose root (Rhodiola rosea) more and more frequently in food supplements.

Passion flower, hops and lemon balm extracts

The extracts from the blossoms of the passion flowers, from hops and lemon balm have a calming, relaxing and sleep-inducing effect.

The extract from passion flower (passiflora incarnata) contains numerous ingredients, including the so-called beta-carbolines and various flavonoids. Passion flower extracts are mainly used in naturopathy against nervous restlessness, tension, irritability or anxiety and related sleep disorders.

Hops (Humulus spec.) belongs to the hemp family (cannabis plants), but does not contain any intoxicating drugs. For the production of the hop extract, we only use the inflorescences of the female hop plant. The hop extract contains the valuable ingredients of hops, such as the hop bitter acids (humulones and lupulones), as well as secondary plant substances (including flavonoids), tannins and xanthohumol.

Lemon balm (melissa officinalis) originally comes from the eastern Mediterranean and is closely related to mint. For the production of lemon balm extract we use the leaves of balm, which contain modifications of hydroxy-cinnamic acid. These include above all rosmarinic acid, but also caffeic acid and essential oils such as citral, citronellal and β-caryophyllene, to name just the most important. The composition of the essential oil of lemon balm depends on the age and origin of the plant and on the climatic and harvesting conditions. When producing lemon balm extract, we can standardize these factors and thus obtain a product of consistently high quality.

Lemon balm is traditionally used for gastrointestinal complaints and sleep disorders, e.g. due to nervous stress, because preparations made from lemon balm have a calming and antispasmodic effect. Lemon balm was named Medicinal Plant of the Year in 1988.

L-Tryptophan

L-tryptophan is an essential amino acid that the body cannot manufacture itself. So we have to constantly consume tryptophan with our food. Tryptophan has a variety of tasks in the organism, e.g. it is important for the synthesis of serotonin. Serotonin, in turn, is converted into melatonin in the dark - and melatonin is the sleep trigger in the brain.

Sleep disorders can result from a disruption of the serotonin-melatonin balance. If too little serotonin is available, too little melatonin can be formed: Since serotonin is formed from tryptophan, an additional tryptophan supply can increase the serotonin level in the body, and thus more melatonin can be formed: sleep duration and sleep quality improve.

Inositol

Inositol is a vitamin-like nutrient that is naturally formed in the body and is of increasing interest for its potential health benefits. Inositol is found in almost all animals and plants and also in many foods, but only in relatively small amounts. (The highest concentrations can still be found in beans, fruits, nuts and grains.) Depending on the composition of your diet, the amount of inositol that you take in with your food can vary greatly.

Inositol plays so many important roles in metabolism that it was previously referred to as vitamin B8. Today, however, it is one of the vitamin-like substances. Among other things, inositol is a building block for secondary messenger substances and is supposed to influence the neurotransmitters (messenger substances of the nerve cells) in the brain such as serotonin. Serotonin is an important messenger substance that can have a sleep-promoting, mood-enhancing (happiness hormone), or anxiety-relieving effect.

Magnesium

Magnesium is an essential mineral for our body. Magnesium is important, for example, for the energy metabolism or for the function of muscles and nerves and contributes to normal psychological function. Magnesium deficiency can, for example, lead to states of fatigue, the mineral also contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. You can usually meet your magnesium needs with a diet high in vegetables and whole grains. However, there are countless dietary supplements containing magnesium. These are often dosed higher than the maximum daily dose of 250mg recommended by the Federal Institute for Risk Assessment. This can lead to undesirable effects such as diarrhea and gastrointestinal complaints. With Rejuvenight you are on the safe side with a 120mg daily dose of magnesium.

Chrome (III)

Chrome III (trivalent chromium or Cr3 +) is a trace element that the body needs, even if only in very small quantities. There are indications that chromium (III) could be important in the carbohydrate and fat metabolism of mammals. Chromium (III) supports the metabolism and may help to improve the blood sugar level.

Abhilfe bei Einschlafproblemen und potenziell noch mehr

Hatte seit langer Zeit Probleme beim einschlafen. Hab mehrere natürliche "Einschlafhilfen" ausprobiert, Baldriantropfen usw..
