Who should buy fisetin?

Fisetin liposomal is the ideal dietary supplement for anyone who wants to use fisetin, this powerful herbal antioxidant, for their health.
Fisetin is one of the plant substances with the strongest "senolytic activity". This means it can selectively remove aged (senescent) cells from healthy tissue.

The Benefits of Fisetin Liposomal by LONGEVITOOLS

Packaging in liposomes means that our fisetin is absorbed much better by the body than conventional fisetin.
Our product is constantly checked for heavy metals, pesticides, and bacterial contamination so that you, the customer, always receive 98.5% pure fisetin.

The effect of fisetin liposomal

Fisetin is a plant substance that acts as a radical scavenger (antioxidant) and anti-inflammatory, among other things. Fisetin can support the health of your cells as you age. When you buy our preparation, you receive fisetin in a highly pure form from the wig bush, which is combined with other important ingredients to increase the fisetin bioavailability with the same dosage.

Plant-Based fisetin

The fisetin in our preparation is isolated from the leaves and the bark of the wig bush (cotinus coggygria) in a highly pure form so that the desired fisetin effects are retained, but undesirable substances are removed.

The wig bush, also called wig tree, fiseth wood, or sumac, is native to southern Europe and large parts of Asia (India, Nepal, Pakistan and China). The wig bush got its name because of its fruit stands. These are in conspicuous clusters that cover the entire shrub with a wig-like veil of thin threads in late summer. These "threads" consist of the fine, feathery, hairy flower stalks. From a distance, the wig bush looks as if it has been studded with small stalks of yellow-green cotton candy.

A dye is made from the roots and the wood, the leaves and bark contain tannins, which are used in the tannery of animal hides or - like fisetin - also have medicinal properties. They have a sealing effect on mucous membranes and wounds through protein precipitation (as in tanning) and shrink the tissue (astringent) and thus anti-inflammatory, locally hemostatic, antiperspirant, and promote wound healing.

Phospholipids - Better bioavailability through liposomes

Because fisetin has only limited water solubility, we pack fisetin in liposomes, tiny vesicles made of phospholipids that are readily absorbed by the body and its cells because they are very similar to the cell membrane (which also consists of phospholipids). The liposomes can fuse with the cell membrane, releasing their content - in our case fisetin. It has been scientifically proven that this can work.
Our liposomes are very stable and have an average diameter of a hundred nanometers, which is considered an optimal size for effective body absorption.

In a detailed study, scientists investigated whether fisetin can be packaged in liposomes and whether this can improve the effectiveness and bioavailability of fisetin. They encapsulated fisetin in a liposomal formulation and used it to treat cells. The cells took up the fisetin and the typical fisetin effect was observed. The researchers measured a 47-fold increase in the relative bioavailability of the liposomal fisetin compared to free fisetin. "In summary," say the authors, "that fisetin liposomes significantly improved the bioavailability of fisetin and the anti-tumor efficacy in mice and that this formulation could facilitate the administration of this flavonoid in a clinical setting.
